DTV Technical

Our December Meeting was:

Thursday December 4th

WFLA-TV

Tampa, FL  33606

Purpose: to coordinate events:  Pre-transition, day before transition (Feb. 17th, 2009), day of transition(Feb. 18th, 2009) and Post-transition plans for all TV stations involved in the Tampa Bay Area (includes Sarasota).

Attendance is planned by the technical departments from all TV stations involved, Brighthouse, Verizon, Comcast, Knology as well as DirecTV.  DISH Net may attend via conference call as will some at DirecTV.   (There still will be a local DirecTV rep)
Nielsen is also planning on attending, as they have need to know what the stations plans are as well.
